These terms govern access to the app and related creation services. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement under applicable law, or with appropriate guardian permission where permitted. You are responsible for activity associated with your app access and for protecting your device and purchase account.
The app provides templates, photo and prompt inputs, cloud AI video generation, and tools to manage or edit creations. Availability, processing time, output characteristics, and supported functions can vary. Generated content can contain errors, artifacts, unexpected material, or similarities to other content. Review results before using or sharing them. No particular creative, commercial, legal, or professional outcome is promised.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for the images, prompts, audio, and other content you submit. You grant us the permissions needed to receive, process, store, transmit, and display that content to provide and maintain the requested service. You remain responsible for your content and its use. Do not use the service for unlawful material, fraud, deceptive impersonation, exploitation, infringement, or violation of another person’s privacy or rights; do not interfere with security, circumvent access controls, or abuse the service.
Subscriptions and optional credit products may be offered through Google Play. The purchase screen and Google Play confirmation show the applicable product, billing period, localized price, currency, and any offer terms before purchase. A subscription is required before purchasing separate credit packs. Credits are service usage units, not money or a transferable cash balance. The app shows applicable usage costs and entitlements. Promotional labels and reference amounts do not replace the price confirmed by Google Play.
Where a Google Play subscription renews automatically, the renewal terms shown at purchase apply until you cancel through the Google account used for that subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation generally stops a future renewal rather than immediately removing access already paid for, subject to the applicable plan and Google Play terms. Use the restore function with the relevant Google account to check available subscription entitlements. See Google Play subscription management.
For billing errors, entitlement problems, or refund requests, contact us and provide information needed to locate the relevant transaction without sharing full payment credentials. Refund availability and handling depend on Google Play policies and applicable consumer law. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. See Google Play refund policies.
The app, interface, software, and supplied brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your access is a limited permission to use the service in accordance with these terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of your original inputs to us. Rights in generated outputs depend on applicable law and any third-party rights; we do not promise exclusivity, copyright registration, or freedom from third-party claims.
Processing of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Cloud processing, Google Play, Google services, and external links may involve additional third-party terms and policies. We are responsible for our service and do not control every third-party service or external destination.
We may maintain, update, change, or discontinue features, and may restrict access when reasonably needed to address abuse, security, legal obligations, or violations of these terms. We will provide notices and remedies required by applicable law. Keep copies of content important to you; the service is not a promise of permanent archival storage.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated, and we are not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, unsupported reliance on generated content, events outside reasonable control, or third-party services. Nothing here limits liability or consumer protections that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Disputes are subject to the applicable laws and competent authorities; no specific jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration provision is imposed by these terms.
